| For the purposes of implementing the relevant provisions of the Civil Servant Law of the People's Republic of China and the Judges Law of the People's Republic of China and effectively carrying out the patrol inspection and rectification requirements of the CPC Central Committee, the Supreme People's Court has revised the Notice by the Supreme People's Court of Issuing the Provisions on Implementing the Office Disqualification of a Leader or a Trial or Enforcement Judge of a Court Whose Spouse or Child Practices Law (for Trial Implementation) (No. 5 [2011], SPC) developed in 2011 into the Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Implementing the Office Disqualification of a Leader or a Trial or Enforcement Person of a Court Whose Spouse, Parent or Child Practices Law (No. 13 [2020], SPC), which are hereby issued to you in recent days.
