| Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, people's courts have continuously furthered the judicial system reform and in-depth international judicial exchange and cooperation under the leadership of the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, the socialist judicial system with Chinese characteristics has become more mature and finalized, and the international image and influence of China's justice have been continuously enhanced. After the revision of the Law on the Organization of People's Courts and the Judges Law, it is urgent to determine the English translations of some of the latest achievements made in judicial reform. With the acceleration of reform and opening-up at higher levels, the deepening of international judicial exchange and cooperation, and the steady growth of foreign-related cases and judicial assistance business, it is more necessary to further standardize the English translations of organs, job titles, and workplaces of people's courts. | | 黨的十八大以來，人民法院在以習近平同志為核心的黨中央領導下，持續深化司法體制改革，深入開展國際司法交流合作，中國特色社會主義司法制度更加成熟更加定型，我國司法國際形象和影響力不斷提升。人民法院組織法、法官法修訂完成後，一些司法改革最新成果的英譯文亟待確定。隨著更高層次改革開放加速推進，國際司法交流合作日益深入，涉外案件和司法協助業務穩步增長，更有必要進一步規範人民法院組織結構、職務名稱、工作場所的英譯文。 |
| For the purposes of carrying out the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on strengthening the building of China's international communication capability, promoting the publicity of the rule of law to the outside world, effectively introducing China's rule of law, improving the mechanism for international exchange and cooperation and the adjudication of foreign-related cases by people's courts in the new era, and promoting the formation of a new pattern of reform and opening-up at higher levels, the Supreme People's Court has, upon extensive solicitation of opinions, standardized the English translations of organs, job titles, and workplaces of people's courts, which are hereby issued to you. Please implement them in light of the actual practice in international exchange and cooperation, the trial of foreign-related cases, and the production of bilingual logos.
