| Mindful of the pressing challenges facing our world, among them, poverty, conflict, economic inequality, environmental degradation and climate change that call for urgent and concerted action to accelerate development and progress in our society; | | 關注到當今世界面臨著許多迫切的挑戰，其中包括貧困、沖突、經濟不平等、環境惡化和氣候變化，且在這些挑戰下急需采取緊急、協同的行動以推動社會發展和進步； |
| Noting that there are several creative and innovative mechanisms to achieve sustainable development, appropriate to every country's own needs, expectations and pace of development, and demanding participation and support from government, private sector, civil society, local community, family and individual alike; | | 注意到實現可持續發展的目標應有創新和革新機制，這些機制不僅應適合每個國家的需求、預期和發展步伐，同時還需要得到各國政府、社會資本、民間團體、地方社區、家庭甚至個人的參與及支持； |
| Supporting the ends of the UN-led 17 Sustainable Development Goals adopted by more than 150 world leaders from 193 UN Member States in September 2015 to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all over the next 15 years; | | 支持持續推動實現2015年9月聯合國193個成員國中超過150位國家領導人一致通過的可持續發展議程，該議程承諾到2030年的15年中，將實現17項可持續發展目標，全面消除貧困、保護地球並確保繁榮發展； |
