| Yijian Merchandise Concrete Co., Ltd. in Zhengzhou (“Yijian Company”) applied for enforcement with regard to its sales contract dispute with Guojian Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. in Henan (“Guojian Company”). The Huiji District People's Court of Zhengzhou City (the “Huiji District Court”) rendered a judgment that Guojian Company should pay Yijian Company 210,013.85 yuan for goods plus 12,226 yuan in liquidated damages and other actual expenses. | | 郑州一建商品混凝土有限公司（以下简称郑州一建公司）申请执行河南国建建设工程有限公司（以下简称河南国建公司）买卖合同纠纷一案，郑州市惠济区人民法院（以下简称惠济区法院）判决河南国建公司支付郑州一建公司货款210013.85元及12226元的违约金等实际费用。 |

| | 执行立案后，惠济区法院向河南国建公司送达了执行通知书和申报财产令，限其三日内自动履行义务，河南国建公司未按执行通知书履行义务，也未向执行法院申报财产。经执行法院调查，河南国建公司无银行存款等可供执行的财产，但该公司仍在正常经营。执行人员到河南国建公司位于金水区的办公场所进行现场执行，双方当事人因利息数额等问题发生争执打斗，场面一度失控。经执行法院耐心做工作，河南国建公司支付部分案件款，后经多次传唤拒不到庭，且随后变更公司办公地址逃避执行。 |
