| In November 2021, Russia Agerratum Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Agerratum Company") purchased quick-frozen eggplant cubes from Tasteway (Xiamen) Food Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tasteway Xiamen Company"). It was agreed that all disputes, differences, or claims arising out of or in connection with the contract, including the performance, breach, termination, or invalidity of the contract, shall be resolved by the International Commercial Arbitration Court of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the "Russian Commercial Arbitration Court") in accordance with its applicable rules and regulations. | In May 2023, Agerratum Company filed an application for arbitration with the Russian Commercial Arbitration Court, claiming USD 173,327.5 on the ground that Tasteway Xiamen Company failed to fulfill all delivery obligations. In November 2023, the Russian Commercial Arbitration Court made an arbitral award (No. M-80/2023) in Moscow that Tasteway Xiamen Company should pay Agerratum Company the principal of USD 71,250, damages of USD 28,500, and arbitration fee of USD 10,876.95.
