| For the purposes of optimizing asset structures for insurers, leveraging the advantages of insurers' funds in value and long-term investment, and enhancing the quality and efficiency of insurers' funds in serving the real economy, you are hereby notified of the following relevant matters: | | 为优化保险资产配置结构，发挥保险资金价值投资、长期投资优势，提升保险资金服务实体经济质效，现就有关事项通知如下： |
| I. To use insurers' funds in accordance with the principles of safety, liquidity, profitability, and asset-liability matching, efforts shall be made to analyze the risk-return characteristics of assets in various accounts, reasonably arrange the ratios of various assets, and improve risk monitoring, control, and reporting mechanisms. | | 一、保险资金运用应当遵循安全性、流动性、收益性和资产负债匹配原则，分析各类账户资产的风险收益特征，合理安排各类资产配置比例，完善风险监测、控制和报告机制。 |
