| For the purposes of implementing the newly revised Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the Provisions of the State Council on Implementing the Registered Capital Registration Management System under the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, and other relevant provisions, the Beijing Stock Exchange (“BSE”) has revised the Stock Listing Rules of the Beijing Stock Exchange (for Trial Implementation) and renamed it as the Stock Listing Rules of the Beijing Stock Exchange, which are hereby issued. Unless otherwise specified, the revised rules shall take effect on the date of issuance. You are hereby notified of the arrangements for the transition between the old and new rules as follows: | | 为了贯彻落实新修订的《中华人民共和国公司法》《国务院关于实施＜中华人民共和国公司法＞注册资本登记管理制度的规定》等相关规定，北京证券交易所（以下简称北交所）对《北京证券交易所股票上市规则（试行）》进行了修订，并更名为《北京证券交易所股票上市规则》，现予以发布，除特别说明外，修订后的规则自发布之日起施行。现将新旧规则衔接安排通知如下： |
