| For the purposes of implementing the outcomes and consensus reached in the China-U.S. economic and trade consultations, in accordance with the Tariff Law of the People's Republic of China, the Customs Law of the People's Republic of China, the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China, and other applicable laws and regulations and the basic principles of international law, with the approval of the State Council, the imposition of additional tariffs on certain imports originating in the United States as prescribed by the Announcement of the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council on Imposing Additional Tariffs on Certain Imports Originating in the United States (Announcement No. 2 [2025] of the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council) will be ceased from 13:01 on November 10, 2025 (Beijing Time). | | 为落实中美经贸磋商达成的成果共识，根据《中华人民共和国关税法》、《中华人民共和国海关法》、《中华人民共和国对外贸易法》等法律法规和国际法基本原则，经国务院批准，自2025年11月10日13时01分起，停止实施《国务院关税税则委员会关于对原产于美国的部分进口商品加征关税的公告》（税委会公告2025年第2号）规定的加征关税措施。 |
