| In order to meet his ill mental needs, defendant Qiao logged in to his QQ account through his computer in his owner-occupied apartment, added young girls under 14 years of age to his friend list, and deceived several young girls into naked video chatting with him in the name of a physiology teacher lecturing by video chatting from March to August 2014. | | 被告人乔某某为满足其不良心理需要，于2014年3月至8月间，在自住房电脑上，通过登录QQ添加不满十四周岁的幼女为其好友，并冒充生理老师以视频教学为名，先后诱骗多名幼女与其视频裸聊。 |
| 2. Adjudication | | （二）裁判结果 |
| The people's court held upon trial that defendant Qiao molested more than one child under 12 years of age by naked video chatting in order to arouse or satisfy his sexual desire and was guilty of child molestation. Qiao molested more than one child and should be punished severely according to the law. After arrested, Qiao faithfully confessed to the facts of the crime and might be punished lightly according to the law. According to the relevant provisions of the Criminal Law, defendant Qiao was convicted of child molestation and sentenced to a fixed-term imprisonment of four years. | | 人民法院经审理认为，被告人乔某某以刺激或满足其性欲为目的，用视频裸聊方式对多名不满十二周岁的儿童实施猥亵，其行为已构成猥亵儿童罪。乔某某猥亵多名儿童，依法应从重处罚。乔某某被抓获后如实供述犯罪事实，依法可从轻处罚。依据刑法有关规定，判决被告人乔某某犯猥亵儿童罪，判处有期徒刑四年。 |
