| Recently, the securities market has experienced an irrational slump. | I. Within six months as of today, the controlling shareholders and shareholders holding 5% or more shares (hereinafter collectively referred to as “substantial shareholders”) of a listed company as well as its directors, supervisors and senior executives shall not reduce through the secondary market the company's shares held by them. | | 一、从即日起6个月内，上市公司控股股东和持股5%以上股东（以下并称大股东）及董事、监事、高级管理人员不得通过二级市场减持本公司股份。 |
