| In accordance with the Interim Measures of the Customs of the People's Republic of China for the Administration of Administrative Rulings (Order No. 92, GACC) and the Measures of the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China for the Administration of the Origin of Imported and Exported Goods under the Free Trade Agreement between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of New Zealand (Order No. 175, GACC), the Customs accepted the application for administrative ruling on the origin of “SKIM MILK POWDER INSTANT” filed by Fonterra Commercial Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. The administrative ruling on the origin of the relevant commodities is hereby issued (see Annex for details). | | 根据《中华人民共和国海关行政裁定管理暂行办法》（海关总署令第92号）和《中华人民共和国海关〈中华人民共和国政府和新西兰政府自由贸易协定〉项下进出口货物原产地管理办法》（海关总署令第175号），海关受理了恒天然商贸（上海）有限公司提交的“安佳脱脂奶粉”的原产地行政裁定申请。现将相关商品的原产地行政裁定予以公布（详见附件）。 |
