| Announcement on Matters concerning the Implementation of the Free Trade Agreement between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of Georgia | | 关于《中华人民共和国政府和格鲁吉亚政府自由贸易协定》实施相关事宜的公告 |
| Upon the approval of the State Council, the Free Trade Agreement between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of Georgia (hereinafter referred to as the “China–Georgia FTA”) shall come into force on January 1, 2018. The relevant matters on the implementation of the China–Georgia FTA are hereby announced as follows: | | 经国务院批准，《中华人民共和国政府和格鲁吉亚政府自由贸易协定》（以下简称《中格自贸协定》）将于2018年1月1日生效。现将《中格自贸协定》实施相关事宜公告如下： |
| I. The “code of preferential trade agreement” of the China-Georgia FTA shall be “20.” The consignees of imported and exported goods or the agents thereof under the China–Georgia FTA shall, according to the relevant provisions of Announcement No. 51 [2016] of the General Administration of Customs and Announcement No. 13 [2017] of the General Administration of Customs, complete a Declaration Form for Imported/Exported Goods of the Customs of the People's Republic of China or a Recordation List for Imported/Exported Goods of the Customs of the People's Republic of China in the “Mode of Non-Declaration of Origin” “having not been interconnected through electronic networking.” | | 一、《中格自贸协定》的优惠贸易协定代码为“20”。《中格自贸协定》项下进出口货物的收发货人或其代理人，应按照海关总署公告2016年第51号和2017年第13号的有关规定，按照“未实现电子联网”的“无原产地声明模式”填制《中华人民共和国海关进（出）口货物报关单》或者《中华人民共和国海关进（出）境货物备案清单》。 |
