| In accordance with the Anti-dumping Regulation of the People's Republic of China, the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council has decided to continue to impose anti-dumping duties on imports of grain oriented flat-rolled electrical steel (“GOES”) originating in Japan, South Korea and the European Union from July 23, 2022, for five years. The Ministry of Commerce issued the Announcement No. 22 [2022], specifying the specific scope of the commodities subject to anti-dumping measures and corresponding anti-dumping duty rates. For the purpose of implementing the aforementioned trade remedy measures, the relevant HS code declaration requirements are hereby announced as follows: | | 根据《中华人民共和国反倾销条例》的规定，国务院关税税则委员会决定自2022年7月23日起，对原产于日本、韩国和欧盟的进口取向电工钢继续征收反倾销税，实施期限为5年。商务部发布了2022年第22号公告，明确了实施反倾销措施产品的具体商品范围和相应的反倾销税率。为了实施上述贸易救济措施，现就有关商品编号申报要求公告如下： |
