| | 为全面贯彻党的二十大精神，深入落实中共中央、国务院印发的《知识产权强国建设纲要（2021—2035年）》和中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发的《关于强化知识产权保护的意见》，推动落实《国家知识产权局关于加强知识产权鉴定工作的指导意见》，建立完善知识产权鉴定工作体系，提升知识产权鉴定质量和公信力，充分发挥鉴定在执法和司法中的积极作用，深化知识产权管理执法部门与司法机关在知识产权鉴定工作中的合作，强化知识产权全链条保护，现就加强知识产权鉴定工作衔接制定本意见。 |
