Notice of the Supreme People's Court on Issuing the Second Group of Guiding Cases
(No. 172 [2012] of the Supreme People's Court)
The higher people's courts of all provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government; the Military Court of the People's Liberation Army; and the Production and Construction Corps Branch of the Higher People's Court of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region:
Upon discussion and decision of the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People's Court, the administrative penalty case of Suzhou Branch of Luwei (Fujian) Salt Import and Export Co., Ltd. v. Salt Administration of Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province and other three cases (Guiding Case No. 5-8) are hereby issued as the second group of guiding cases for reference in trial of similar cases.
